Our cinema-style con­fer­ence facil­i­ties can accom­mo­date up to 80 per­sons and boast all the most up-to-date equip­ment like flexi rail, pull-down screen, flip chart, white board, VCR, PA sys­tem and more. Data pro­jec­tor avail­able at an addi­tional charge.

Our full day Con­fer­ence cater­ing pack­age con­sist of:

• Arrival tea/coffee and rusks; mid morn­ing tea/coffee with sweet and savory snacks;
• Light lunch with fruit juice (client chooses one menu for all del­e­gates but we cater for spe­cial dietary require­ments if booked before ­hand);
• After­noon tea/coffee.

The con­fer­ence venue is car­peted and air con­di­tioned.

Equipped with:

• A pull down screen;
• White board;
• Flip chart stand (client to pro­vide own flip chart paper or we sup­ply @ R2 per page);
• 2 white board pens also useable on flip chart paper;
• Over­head pro­jec­tor and 2 elec­tric leads;
• Data pro­jec­tor available .
